? Assist EHS manager to develop/improve site EHS management system with EHS rules / procedures/requirements ; 协助EHS经理建立/更新工厂EHS方针、程序和管理系统；
? Delivery of site level training about EHS rules/procedures/requirements to the employees & contractors; 向工厂员工和承包商提供EHS方针、程序和要求相关的EHS培训；
? Monitoring of field unsafe behaviors/unsafe conditions and track the implementation of follow-up actions; 监督现场的不安全行为和不安全状况，并对纠正措施的实施进行跟踪；
? Participate in the qualification review of the contractors together with procurement & operations; 与采购和生产部门共同参与对承包商资质的审核；
? Work with operations to monitor the special work safety like hot work, CSE, work at height, etc; 与生产部门共同监督特种作业活动的安全，如热工作业、受限空间进入、登高作业等等；
? Assist EHS manager to develop site safety & environment emergency response plan, and organize the emergency drills periodically ; 协助EHS经理建立工厂安全/环境应急预案，并定期组织应急预案的演练；
? Assist EHS manager to perform new project application activities in terms of EHS, as well as the “three simultaneity” acceptance. 协助EHS经理办理新项目与EHS相关的申报行动，以及“三同时”验收；
? Work with operations to regulate site management of hazardous chemicals, drug precursor chemicals, easy-to-make-explosive chemicals. 与生产部门一道，规范工厂危险化学品、易制毒化学品、易制爆化学品的管理；
? Work with operations to regulate site management of special equipment ( pressure vessel/crane/forklift, etc); 与生产部门一道，规范工厂特种设备的管理（压力容器、行车、叉车等）? Applicable laws/regulations identification and create applicable site laws/regulations list; 工厂适用的法律法规的识别，并且建立工厂适用法律法规清单；
? Conduct periodic self-assessment of compliance of site applicable laws/regulations; 定期对工厂适用的法律法规进行符合性评估；
? Participate in the maintenance of site wastewater monitoring /CEMS system to fix up the system flaws; 参与工厂废水和废气在线监测系统的维护管理，及时消除系统故障；
? Be responsible for site secondary-produced waste in terms of transferring to external; ? 负责工厂次生危废的对外转移申报；
? Coordinate the implementation of site annual environmental testing; 协调工厂年度环境监测方案的实施；
? Work with operations & sales to ensure the compliance of site waste trade activities; 与工厂运营和销售团队共同确保工厂危废经营行为的符合性；
? Be responsible for site waste discharging activity recording & registration to government; 负责工厂排污活动的记录以及向政府的申报；
? Lead/participate in site accident root cause investigation and monitor the closure status of the follow-up actions；
牵头/参与工厂事故调查并监督纠正预防措施的完成情况；
? Liaison with local government agencies of safety, environment, firefighting, public security; 与当地安监、环保、消防、公安等政府部门保持良好的沟通；
? Be coordinator of site firefighting system maintenance to ensure it’s in good condition; 协调工厂消防系统的维护管理，确保系统正常；
? Site guarding management; 工厂的安保管理；
? Other tasks assigned by the line manager. 领导安排的其他工作。 Bachelor degree or above majoring in chemical/engineering/safety /environment/IH related，or equivalent majors本科或以上学历，主修化工/工程/安全/环保/职业卫生或相关专业；
Work experience in safety/environment/IH for not less than 3 years. Experience in hazardous waste management is preferred. 在安全/环境/职业卫生任一方面有不少于3年的工作经验。 如有危险废物管理方面的经验、中级职称或注册安全工程师证、安全标准化体系建设经验将是首选� � Work experience in multinational company and (or) large state-owned company is preferred; 有外企和（或）大型国企工作经验者优先；
Be proficient in English reading & writing. Common listening & speaking in English is acceptable while fluent speaking is preferred. 英语读写熟练。 一般的英语听说能力可以接受，但流利的英语口语将是首选。
