Recruitment: - Deliver on all areas of Talent Acquisition process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment related to positions and staffing- Collect all employees’ JD and remind the related person to review it if there are changes- Proactively identify, source, and recruit candidates for positions utilizing variety of sources including, but not limited to, internet postings and search, direct sourcing, employee referrals, job fairs, research, networking and agencies- Prepare and post all internal and external advertisements for recruitment with superior’s supports if needed- Screen applicants for basic compliance with position qualifications, summarizes CVs for easier evaluation by superior and hiring departments- Obtain and assess all certificates and testimonials of the candidates- Arrange interviews in accordance with interview panel member’s availability and keep interviewees informed about appointments. Conduct thorough telephone, face-to-face and video interviews with selected candidates for the positions appropriate. Attend the interview and discuss with the other interviewer for the interview result from HR side- Prepare and send out successful and unsuccessful letters to candidates- Communicate with the candidates for the Offer Letter issues- Prepare recruiting related payment declaration- Coordinate TX CDC for pre-employment physical examination- Hiring Process Controlling. Make sure all related documents well approved and collected, for example, Job Application Form, Interview Evaluation Form, Offer Letter if needed, JD etc. - Prepare and update the monthly Recruiting Expenses report timely and compared with Finance"s actual cost report- Updated the information for related shared documents in Staffing team, including but not limited to Job Fair, Internal candidates, Recommendation List, Hiring Plan, Medical Checkup etc. - Be charge of some tending resigning employees" Exit Interview and summarize the report into the reportOthers:- Prepare for the documents/certificates required by the employee, such like income/ work experience, etc. - Learn and enrich experience about labor law- Other tasks assigned by line manager- Bachelor degree or above, HR and labor laws and regulation knowledge- Fluent in English (both in written and spoken English)- At least 1 year working experience in relevant HR functions- Strong communication skills, MS skills, good analysis and presentation skills- Proactive, result-driven, innovative, team spirit, self-motivated, learning agility
